German Property Partners visit Bonn
German Property Partners, the nationwide network of real estate service providers, has recently concluded two international cooperation agreements. The leadership team now met at Greif & Contzen’s premises in Bonn.
Meeting of international real estate agents in Bonn: The managing directors of German Property Partners and their international cooperation partners Carter Jonas (United Kingdom) and van Gool Elburg (the Netherlands) met in Germany for the first time, yesterday. The meeting took place at real estate service provider Greif & Contzen’s recently opened premises in Bonn.
The company has been a member of the nationwide network of established property service providers German Property Partners (GPP) for a number of years now. Greif & Contzen’s activities are traditionally focused on the premium segment of the Cologne/Bonn region’s real estate market. GPP, the previously purely German network of commercial property brokers, has only recently agreed to cooperate with the British property experts Carter Jonas and the Dutch real estate consultancy firm Van Gool Elburg, in order to provide GPP customers with improved access to international marketing opportunities.
In this context, the positive development of Bonn’s real estate market has been confirmed in two ways: GPP’s international cooperation is yet another indication of Germany’s stable property market and Greif & Contzen opening a new branch office in Bonn is further proof of the growing significance of the real estate market of the Cologne/Bonn region.
