Andreas Reul joins the Cologne-based real estate firm Greif & Contzen at the start of 2021. He is taking over as Head of Office Properties from Benedikt Graf Douglas, who is going to focus on his duties on behalf of the company as a whole as a Management Executive.

Andreas Reul is leaving the Cologne branch of JLL Germany, where he has been working since November 2011, most recently as Team Leader Office Leasing and Deputy Branch Manager. In the past, he had worked for Allianz Real Estate Germany GmbH as an Asset Manager in charge of the Property Market of North Rhine-Westphalia, focussing on Cologne, Bonn and Aachen. Accepting the role as Head of the Office Properties Division of Greif & Contzen, also means for Andreas Reul to return to the site of a past phase in his career. Between December 1995 and June 2008, he had worked for Greif & Contzen Immobilienmakler as deputy head of the office letting division.

With Andreas Reul, Greif & Contzen gains a senior staff member who is truly passionate about real estate and an accomplished expert of the office space market of the greater Cologne / Bonn region, where the owner-managed enterprise is based, and from where its staff of more than 100 is active regionally as well as nationwide.
