The real estate experts of Greif & Contzen have successfully arranged for a lease for a commercial property in Bergisch Gladbach. The new tenant, an international provider of electric scooters and bicycles, is planning to use the premises with a total size of 2,453 square metres for storage and servicing purposes. The rental space is accounted for by just under 1,346 square metres of warehouse space, a 165 square metre workshop, about 136 square metres of office space, and just under 806 square metres of outdoor areas.

Greif & Contzen’s industrial and logistics divisions had arranged for the sale of the property to its current owners in 2018, who then entrusted the premises to the real estate service provider’s property management division. This letting is therefore Greif & Contzen’s third successful activity regarding this facility, which is located in Bergisch Gladbach’s commercial estate An der Zinkhütte.
