The property on Max-Planck-Strasse is now fully let

The real estate experts of Greif & Contzen arranged for a total of around 1,850 square metres of warehouse and office space to be let in a business park in Cologne-Marsdorf. The space was taken up by a forwarding company and a multiple-use system provider. Both units were handed over seamlessly after the previous tenants had moved out. The forwarding company signed the rental agreement within just two weeks of viewing the space for the first time, and both tenants committed to long-term leases. These are indications that point to the fact that larger connected storage and office units continue to be scarce in Cologne.

Greif & Contzen’s Industrial and Logistics and Investment divisions were active on behalf of the tenants as well as the owner.
