The real estate experts of Greif & Contzen arranged for a lease for a warehouse unit of just over 2,300 square metres in Kerpen-Türnich. The goods handling facility was let to Sonepar Deutschland / Region West GmbH, to ensure goods distribution for the regional sales outlets.

The goods handling facility in Kerpen-Türnich is going to help ensuring that the product range can be kept in stock and delivered quickly to customers in the greater Cologne region.

The Industrial & Logistics Property Division of the Cologne-based real estate experts Greif & Contzen brokered the lease. In the context of the transaction, Greif & Contzen consulted both Sonepar and the landlord.
