VONEXIO GmbH from Cologne is going to use the facility as a fulfilment centre

The Industrial & Logistics Division of the real estate firm Greif & Contzen arranged for the sale of a commercial property on Welserstrasse in Cologne-Porz. The buyer is VONEXIO Logistik & Fulfillment GmbH, a subsidiary of G. Wurm GmbH + Co. KG from Cologne. The seller of the ensemble with around 5,900 square metres of usable space on an 8,000 square metre plot is a family office. Greif & Contzen was active on behalf of both parties, who have agreed not to disclose the selling price.

The premises will be occupied shortly and used as a fulfilment centre by VONEXIO GmbH, a company of the Wurm Group. The internationally active wholesaler and foreign trade group, as well as importer of modern gift items and home accessories from the Far East, has been based in Cologne for over 60 years. Among the customers of VONEXIO Logistik & Fulfillment GmbH are online retailers, multi-channel suppliers and international corporations that request a wide range of logistics and outsourcing services.
