The unit that is located on Kowallekstrasse near Volksgarten park in Colgone’s district Neustadt-Süd, will be handed over in the first quarter of 2020. The landlord is a family office. Planning provides for the tenant, a specialist wholesaler for building technology, to start using the warehouse in May 2020.
