The premises on Junkersring 42 in the Rhine-Sieg Region’s most populous town have a total size of around 1,160 square metres: just under 580 square metres of warehouse space, around 430 square metres of mezzanine space, and just over 150 square metres of office space. A company from the aviation industry is going to use the premises for storage and production of aircraft parts.
