A diverse mixture of tenants resides in the office, warehouse, and mixed use buildings on the former Total Walther factory site along Waltherstrasse. Many of these users have found their way to Leskanpark thanks to brokerage services provided by the real estate experts Greif & Contzen.

The latest lease arranged for by Greif & Contzen in Leskanpark: from January 2020, a large retail company from Cologne is going to occupy a 2,670 square metre unit. The rental unit comprises around 2,515 square metres of warehouse space, as well as office space and sanitary areas. The company that is also represented with a large showroom in Cologne, is planning to use the space as its main warehouse.
