K&K Kölsch & Köbes Veranstaltungs-GmbH, a subsidiary of the privately owned Gaffel brewery from Cologne, expands its storage capacities and rents around 1,900 square metres of space on Welserstrasse in Porz-Gremberghoven. The premises comprise around 1,4000 sqm of warehouse space, around 100 sqm of office space, and about 400 sqm of outdoor areas.

The lease was brokered by the real estate experts of Greif & Contzen Immobilienmakler GmbH, another traditional company based in Cologne.

K&K is an exclusive beverage service agency catering for events in and around Cologne. The well-established company intends to use the premises that are located in the business park of Porz-Gremberghoven as a storage facility for goods associated with the brewery trade.
