Greif & Contzen Immobilienmakler GmbH arranged a lease for Heuser & Gron GmbH, who took up around 3,100 square metres of storage and workshop space in Cologne’s Ehrenfeld district. By moving from their current premises on Subbelrather Strasse to the buildings on Wilhelm-Mauser-Strasse 19/Silcherstrasse 10 the company is doubling the size of its premises.

Auto Heuser & Gron GmbH sells new and used vehicles, as well as offering comprehensive maintenance and repair services. The company had been monitoring the property market with Greif & Contzen’s help for a while, and did not hesitate when the opportunity presented itself to rent new, centrally located premises near Venloer Strasse. The space was handed over on 1 July, immediately after the previous tenant, an industrial service provider, had moved out.

Greif & Contzen was active on behalf of both parties to arrange for the long-term lease: the Property Management branch represented the landlord and the Industrial and Logistics Properties division the tenant. The specialised car repair business Heuser & Gron has been active in Cologne for over six decades. From its new premises it will be offering vehicles for sale and lease, as well as a wide range of car maintenance and repair services at the same high quality the company is known for.
