A private training company that specialises in organising professional university-level training seminars pursuant to the Code of Social Law (SGB III) operates a number of branches across Germany. The company offers modern custom solutions for seminars.

The office unit is located in the business park known as LESKANPark. Construction of the new building LESKANLofts is due to begin here in spring, on a 4,000 square metre plot directly on Waltherstrasse. The training company is going to run a modern seminar centre in the premises.
